Tradition Timeline:
1940
The ice cream tradition is born in Tocumbo, Michoacán.
1942
The first ice cream shop opens in Mexico City, next to the Lecumberri Palace.
1959
Ice cream shops are starting to sell fresh water.
1960
Different names appear: La Michoacana, La Flor de Michoacán, etc.
1990
Alejandro Andrade creates the girl's logo.
2006
The first POP CREAM machine is exported to Chicago.
2016
Michoacán A Pedir de Boca is born with a comprehensive system and trademark registration.
